Each box comes with 10 white vellum cards (5½” x 8½”) and matching envelopes (5 ¾” x 8¾”). The houses featured are: Diamond Prince of Wales Clip; Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire & Emerald Cross Charm Bracelet; Diamond & Sapphire Cabochon Panther Clip; Diamond & Ruby "Feather" Clip; Diamond & Ruby Necklace; Diamond, Ruby & Emerald Heart Brooch; Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire, Citrine & Emerald Flamingo Clip; Sapphire & Ruby Flower Bouquet Brooch; Daimond & Sapphire Jarretiere Bracelet; Pearl Necklace with Pearl & Diamond Pendant & a Pair of Peral & Diamond Earclips. Each card has the ink drawing of the jewelry piece printed on the front in black and accented in colors for the gemstones (on embossed panel) and a short history about the piece on the back which provides interesting anecdotes to educate and attract the curiosity of the reader. The jewelry's designer and composition of gemstones and diamonds is revealed. In addition, the description on the back also provides the information regarding the Sotheby's 1987 sale, including final auction price, if applicable, as well as any new information about the item.
